[.86 bug] Regeneration spell

This spell only gives me +1 health on the unit I had enchanted it onto no matter how many earth shards I have. When cast in combat I get the bonus for my earth shards. I tried recasting it and was still only getting the +1 health.

yea, mantle of fire only seems to do 1 damage as well. (I think its supposed to have a base damage of 2?)
