[.86] Questing Suggestions

Currently quests in elemental are fun and an important part of the game. I just played 300 turns into a game without any quests so I should know.

My suggestion is that Inn's be reworked into hubs for mutiple quests. Instead of supplying a random quest of a random level, Inns would start with an easy quest and when completed offer you a medium quest and so on. You could even make it so that if you fail a quest from an Inn, a new one could be offered. This would cut back on loading. Other quest locations (refugee camp, cave) would be unchanged.

To make questing in elemental more interesting their could be medium or hard quests assigned to each lv 1 champion. When a champion reaches a certain level and has the questing tech a unique quest could be given that results in a boost for that champion (Special Mount, talent, artifact). Helping buff the currently weak lv 1 champions and making them each more unique adding variety.

this could also allow to solve the problem of ai farming quests since then the hub wouldnt be so close or maybe there could be few hubs closer to any player so stealing other hub quests would be possible but risky and time consuming too

 

or like other suggested in any hub there could be a few quests common and few quests for each sovereign

 

last but not least there could be a healer quest to cure champions !!!
