Since you cant enter mountain area anymore i was not able to enter the fissure (lower land didnt work either)
I reported this issue a week ago. This is an unfinished area that used the abeix fissue intro movie.

I couldn't possibly find this thread when i made my post on 25th Feb. 
Yeah this isn't actually the fissure. It's a new Wildland called the Pit of Lost Voices that isn't fully implemented yet, and probably will be used in the victory quest.
