FE not shown in Impulse/Gamestop?

I bought WoM last year (Pre-ordered actually, even played the beta) and I was told that FE would simply appear on our accounts.

Now, I had been unable to use a computer since now, and I find when I log into Gamestop (Previously Impulse) that only my normal games are there. I even allowed pre-released versions, and nothing.

 

Is something wrong with my account, or we are not supposed to get it from there?

It has appeared on your account (I checked), but just on your Stardock account.  We no longer have the keys to the Impulse kingdom, so we can't pull that off, but you can download it from http://download.stardock.com/
