[Can devs confirm?] Workshop will be open to modders in Beta 2?

Just in case we haven't got clarification yet - Frogboy, can you confirm that Beta 2 will have an open workshop for modders?

It was mentioned before the official Beta 2 Release Post, but in the actual post it mentioned a lot of other features but not this one. I would like clarification for this, because the modders have been very much looking forward to being able to use the Workshop in FE.
