As far as I can tell, Drain Life is the only DD spell unaffected by the Evoker trait. Intentional?
Bonus note - Drain Life cannot crit. I haven't done an exhaustive test, but most other spells CAN crit and Drain cannot.
[Edit] Bonus Note #2 - it would be nice if Drain Life displayed how much damage it did. I can figure it out, but only by comparing before and after life totals on the target.
