[Suggestion 0.77] Don't show established caravan routes in icon bar.

On the left side icon bar, only show caravans in the unit list if the caravan has not been established yet.  After the route has been set up, there is no point in tracking individual caravans.  They just clutter the unit list and make you have to scroll the icon bar.

.77 behaves like you want on my system, EXCEPT that if I load a game within the game it acts like you describe.  To get it to behave, to have to exit and load clean.

Anyway, they said recently in another thread that caravans are going away.
