[BUG]: I can use other player's shop ( well, or feature...)

Oddness fills the world, when I enter mine enemies land, I can shop, and buy his researched armor and weapons. Dunno if this is WAI or a bug, but im guessing a bug...

I belive you are suppose to be able to do this with an ally...but not an enemy.
