[0.77] [UI] We need to know faction traits when creating custom sovereigns

On the create customer sovereign screen, we have to choose a faction. Unfortunately, there is no way to see the faction traits when making this selection. Will you please add that to the UI? Do I need to send a screenshot or do you know what I'm talking about?
