[crash][0.77]program not responding force quit when starting a new game

I was playing game for a few hours with no issues. Decided to reroll a new start. Went to main menu and then pressed button to start a new game. Got a program not responding crash. Did not get as far as picking the sovern.

After collecting debug info, the game works fine.
