[Bug] 0.77 Can't complete Defend Travellers/Collect Horses quest

I ran into a bug in one of my games where I had to defend travellers from trolls, when I finished defending them I was immediately presented with a quest to gather their scattered horses, two horse locations popped up, I visted each and then nothing happened. The quest appears to still be open, but I'm unable to complete the quest, visiting the quest start point doesn't appear to do anything either.

I have the same problem with those and the master quest. I have killed almost everything and took over the entire map. I think I own all the horses in the world by now, enough to give them a few horses.
