[0.77] [BUG] Rampaging Umberdroth quest is bugged

First, when you click on the quest icon in the left-side drop down list nothing happens... it does not show you where the quest is. Secondly, when you reach said destination it asks for 6 skins and then disappears.

I had the same problem with this quest. I've had similar problems with other quests as well.
