[GFX BUG - 0.75] Particles Rendering [FIXED in 0.77]

[EDIT : I just upgraded to 0.77 and the issues seem to have disappeared.  Woo!]

I just started a new game and it looks like some stencilling or something is going wrong on some particles.

Scrolled the map over and took another screen shot.  In the 1st screenshot the god ray of pixels was static, all of the things in the 2nd screen shot are animating.
