[Suggestion] Training Yard should allow units to gain XP

I propose that the Training Yard should give defending units a chance for ALL units (especially non-champion) to gain XP every turn, in addition to the current bonus.  Even if it calls for adding a 1 gildar maintenance cost.

I like this. If every training type building gave a unit some chance to level, it would really help the fun factor and the AI who sits and defends alot. I would only let this one give the bonus to ranged units.

It seems like this would be more apropos for an improvement called "Archery Range".  Training Yard seems pretty generic, and imo should be open to all combat units.

Maybe a separate building ? So that you have to specialize your city. If a building do too much things all of the cities will look the same, becasue you just need 1 building to do lots of things.

You cwant a unit-generating city : barracks (creation), forge(reduce cost for equipment), training yard (reduce training time from perks), Magical forge (reduce training time from equipment), Commander corner (units starts at level 2). You woudln't be able to put all of those in all cities if the maintenance costs are right.

I guess I only build this to help to archers. The tile makes it look like an archery range, like the one from WoM. I actually would like a unit in a city to be able to gain the first level half as quickly as one in the field. That way you still have incentive to fight, but a city can be somewhat protected. The details are up to the devs on this one, but obviously the XP should be given by a few buildings with a special defense building that one can get from citylevelup. Specializing in defense should be rewarding.
