[Possible Bug 0.77] Tactical Spells can reach 0 mana cost

from Elemental Forums

In the last playthrough my souvreign managed to get his tactical spells to cost no mana.

He had the following abilities and gear at that time

Path of the Mage

Affinitie

Magic Robes

and had the Mantle of Oceans enchant

not sure if this is supposed to happen.

After the cast, notice mana has stayed the same

Same thing here on a champion, Had Path of Mage and Affite already. After adding Mantle of Oceans, mana cost for every spell went to 0. Will take screenshots and link to save game when I get the chance.
