[Bug 0.77] Web still doesn't work

A spider cast web on one of my heroes but eventhough the hero failed to resist the spel he wasn't immobilized

I can confirm this in 0.77 as well. The effect is listed on the champions tooltip when they fail the resistance check but has no apparent effect.
