This, right there is why I keep coming back to Stardock when I want to buy games. I can think of no other CEO in the world that would act like this. I know that came off way too fanboyish, but that is genuinely how I feel.

Same here, bought it back in Aug of 2010, before it came out, and still haven't received an email and it's not in my downloads on the stardock site. I submitted a ticket to the support site, so crossing my fingers it gets fixed.

Won't help - at least it hasn't for me after a week of waiting.  Brick wall thus far.

Check your Stardock accounts to see if the game is there anyway.

Plenty of folks last week, including myself, didn't get an email, but got the game the same time as everyone else.

Look under my account/my downloads on the Stardock web site.  I don't know if it's the same situation, but it couldn't hurt to check.

Checked there already. All I have is E:WOM and Gal Civ II.

When they can, I guess. They must be run off their feet at the moment.

Anyone else in the window through October 31, 2010 should have account records as of 10pm EST tonight. You won't have an email until tomorrow, but the records have been updated. Sorry about the delay.

I guess I must have been later then November...I bought WoM from Gamestop way back when, not a digital copy. But I don't remember at all when I got it. I still have the case too...hmm. *frown* Well I guess...I will have to wait two more weeks, cause I don't want to complain to support about it. They've probably got their hands full anyway.
