If not already suggested, an option to have Sovereign (and accompanying units with Pioneers) stay in city instead of walking out.

You can get produced units to appear in the city with an option, but there is no option currently for Sovereign and units stay in a city when it's founded (especially important when aggressive monsters are near and your Sovereign or units have no movement points left).
