[BUG] enchantments not updating when a new shrine is built

1°) I have a champion with Evade cast on it (+5 dodge, +2 per air shard)

 

2°) I build an shrine on an air shard, no chance to the champion dodge

 

3°) I dispel the spell (from the global enchantement list, didn't find a way to do it from the champion itself)

 

4°) I recast the spell again, this time the champion is listed as getting +7 dodge, as expected with the new air shard under my control.

 

I would expect such spells to auto upgrade when a new shrine is built on the appropriate shard, so I think that this is probably a bug

I agree that this would reduce micromanagement. If you want to penalize the player for upgrading by making him use the mana to cast again, please streamline this by introducing a new button in the mana management screen where we can see all maintenance costs and dispel all spells. A new button, perhaps, with "Recast" text, which is only available if the available spell is stronger than the already cast one.

Or, just autoupgrade. =)

This has actually been a problem since WOM as any enchantment you cast would not update till you dispelled and recast it.
