[Bug][.85]After a Tactical Battle, the Mouse Cursor Doesn't Change to a Pointer

After a tactical battle, the mouse cursor stays as whatever it was previously, so a movement cursor, attack icon, etc. I'd expect it to change to the regular pointer after the battle.

Strangely, when I tried to get a screenshot of the cursor, it wouldn't capture the mouse cursor!

Confirmed that this same behavior still happens in Beta 2 (.85)
