[Suggestion/Interface] Trait frequency should be more visible

In order to see how common a hero or city trait is, I currently need to mouse over it. I think this information should be a bit more visible -- maybe in small text in the lower-right hand corner of the trait button?

Or the color of the perk when you have to choose. (a rare perk would be outlined in red)
