XP Website Theming???

I am about to start a new website project, and think it will fit the XP style very well. Such as the logon screen, control panel layout ans such like.

Has anyone attempted this yet, or knows of any websites out the there, that look like XP?

there is a pocket pc site that i frequent that has an xp theme that you can choose to view the site in. it is available in the form of a php/nuke theme(?), that I believe you can download and use on your own website. here is a link to the page for that particular theme for you to see. http://pixelmayhem.com/portal/modules.php?set_albumName=album11&op=modload&name=Nuke_Themes_Gallery&file=index&include=view_album.php

contact somara himself for info on using the graphics/layout/theme.
