Will I be eligible to participate in the beta.

Official release date was August 24, 2010. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but you have to pre-order by August 23, 2010 (since on the 24th it wouldn't be pre-ordering). I thought I pre-ordered but found out I ordered it on the 25th 
If you ordered it after release BUT within the year 2010, you will be eligible to download the beta this coming Thursday, I assume at 3:00 p.m. eastern standard time.

I didn't double check the official release date. I was going by the release email sent out by stardock on 27/8/10.
