using linux....

hey all, I just installed Caldera3.1 and I am illiterate to linux
and I hate the gui, am currently using KDE2 and just curious
as to what I can use to change the gui or should I try to modify
kde to be a bit more funtional

any suggestions would be great, thx

Hmmm....I'm guessing the 'Win' in Wincustomize.com hasn't sparked recognition.....just put 'dows' with it and you may find you are not in the world's most appropos locale for all things Linux...

Then again, I'm sure some guys here will be dabblers in the darker arts of Unix, etc...
