Error Message

Help!!! I have downloaded WindowBlinds and would like to use this program. However, since installing them, whenever I try to go onto the internet, I receive a message which goes like this,
Iexplore has caused an error in WBLIND. DLL.
Iexplore will now close.
I have tried restarting again but to no avail.I have sent an e-mail to am due to request from other users, my request has been placed in a queue to be dealt with. In the mean time, I would appreciate it if anyone can provide me with some advise as to how I can resolve this problem.
Please bear in mind I am not a computer genius and am not used to all the computer jargon.

My first thought would be to completely "uninstall" Windowblinds, reboot your machine, and install it back again. If that doesn't work I would suggest you post again on this thread with specifics of your computer and:

Version of IE, i.e. 4.0, 5.5
Operating system, i.e 98, ME
Version of WB, i.e. 2.20b, 3 beta7f

With reference to the above, Firstly, thanks for replying to my assistance.It is greatly appreciated. I have unistalled the program and redownloaded it again and it was not a success.
My system information is as follows:
OS: Windows Me
Processor: AMD Athlon 1200Mhz
Ram: 512Mb
Version of IE: 6.0
Version of WB: 2.20b (purchased)
Graphic card: NVIDIA GeForce 2GTS

I am not 100% sure but I think there were issues inthe past with WB and the NVIDIA GeForce. I am not sure if they were solved.
Did you install the very latest drivers for your video card? Try that, if it still doesn't work, mail tech support st Stardock.
