[1.3] Gameplay bugs

My city titles are often displayed incorrectly, they switch to another city title.  Fixes itself if the title is updated (for instance if I garrison a unit) or reload the save.

I had a unit portrait swap itself with another unit portrait.  Eg, my "honor guards" mini icon was showing the "Leather Riders" mini icon.

Tactical Combat:

Units that die still get their retaliation hit, even though the dying unit is doing its death animation instead of a retaliate animation.  If the attacking unit is killed by this retaliation hit, they don't actually die, they stand around with 0hp until they are attacked again.

Have the occasional UI issue in tactical combat where i can select units but not issue them any orders.  All the buttons and icons still work, I just can't get units to actually do anything. I can't duplicate it regularly, I think it has something to do with another unit's turn not ending properly or something..

Balance:

the Dominate power is too good.  It probably needs a duration.

I have only just updated to 1.3 so i haven't tested combat yet.... (i spent the last 3 days restarting games because the minor races in my edited map would not spawn, then discovered I'm not allowed!!)

but I have frequently encountered the combat freeze bug in 1.2a, you just have to hit the auto resolve button. I try to use my most advantageous attacks first up just in case i have to auto resolve.

Dominate power is too good??....?? ah, um, if i get an NPC hero with dominate, i consider him almost as useless as ones with 'Daze'. I have never found dominate useful at all because i always tend to use a lot of ranged units.

Well, what you do with melee units, which are my preference:

you Dominate the bad, bad man. You watch how fast he goes, and make sure he ends his turn next to, but can't hit your units.

Then they all beat him into the ground.

End of Malkleth's quote

Well i always get plenty of hero's with the ability relating to a special double strength attack which i will always give melee weapons too. They have no use of dominate either.... unless i need them to attack again which almost never happens!
