ObjectDock by necessity; WindowBlinds to soothe my eyes. (And DesktopX is almost necessary, too). See---that's only one, just like you asked.
I couldn't live without Windowblinds.
I'd be over run with desktop icons again without Fences, but I really love Cursor FX......can I have three?

Well for sure Windowblinds, but then again there would be no Windowblinds skins if it were not for SKS. 
Has to be windowblinds for overall customization, and rainmeter for customized information
I'll go with the crowd, WindowBlinds! IconPackager would be second, Skinstudio third, Fences fourth, and DesktopX fifth.
