Purchased Sins of a Solar Empire: Trinity, still can't download it

Hi

I purchased SOASE: Trinity about 2 weeks ago.  I payed for it through Paypal (which I'm sure is where my issue is) and received all the confirmation emails, but I still don't have the game.  It doesn't show up in Impulse anywhere.  I submitted a ticket last week but I still haven't heard back.  Not sure what else I can do besides wait.  Any suggestions?

First of all you should repost this in the Sins of a Solar Empire technical forum. The Stardock employees check that one more. Second, did you previously have an impulse account? Second, what email address did you email them with?

I emailed them with the account that's linked to my Impulse.  My Paypal account uses a different email.  I requested a merger of the two accounts and I haven't heard back yet.

Ah, that's probably why you don't see it then. Did you do the request through email or did you try through this website feature?

Yes I've tried the website feature, but every time I try an error message comes up saying:

"Oops, there was an error with merging your registrations.  Please click here    to try again.

If you need further assistance, you can contact Sales at [email protected]"
