Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?
you have too few materials ie 2, most of the buildings require more than 2 materials.

Look at the screenshot and there in the lower left! The display says that the hut requires 1 material and I do have 2.
If the display is wrong this is a bug, if not it is a bug either because in this case I should be able to build a hut.
