I'm not sure where to go for questions related to ObjectDock ? Is it the same as Object Desktop ?

ObjectDesktop is a suite of "skinning" programs that does not include Object Dock. Welcome to WinCustomize and skinning. I've used Object Dock for years, and would have trouble without it.

Object Desktop is also referred to as ODNT.

Noob questions what is the 'NT' in ODNT and what is 'Borked'?

(When I think of Bork as in the Judge back a few years, that was not allowed to get the Supreme Court (US))

The NT stands for NeTwork. ODNT = Object Desktop NeTwork

"Borked" = broken, not working, etc etc
