window blinds title bar problem

I have been working on a port of a Visual style, its allmost finished except for 1 problem: the title bar of a maximized window, has a 5 pixel gap above it, with my desktop wallpaper showing through

The skin was previously UIS1 format and it did not do this, but now it is UIS2 this happens. Can anyone tell me how to sort this out in skinstudio

Is there a 5 pixel "Magic Pink" strip above the titlebar graphic? Or do you have the Top Frame "Screen edge clip" set to 5?

yes you are right, there is 3 pix of magic pink at the top

if i remove it the top bar decreases in hieght, so i still dont understand why it does not have a gap in UIS1, but does with UIS2

i solved the prob now, all i did was change the Screen Edge Clip Top to 5 (it was 2) and now everthings fine
