Skin ID... Name/Author?

Hello. I recently had to format my computer and I was using a skin that I absolutly loved. Problem is I can't remember who it was by or the name of it! >
It was grey, and on the very top left there was a button that looked like a wrench and was used for the keep-on-top funtion. Does anybody happen to know what skin this is? I would love you to death if some1 does.
