Heeeeeeeelp! Please! Problem with my documents

I had some trouble with my computer yesterday and I whas forced to reinstall windows (repaire didn't work) so here is the problem:
I can't get my files back from my old acount.
When I try to open the folder in witch all of my files are msg box "Access is denied!" aperes.
(When i created my acount (when i started to use this pc) i checked the make folders private check box)

Any ideas on how to get my files back?

The only way to get back into that user account folder is to log in as that user and since you've nuked that user you are pretty well out of luck. A computer forensics specialist might be able to retrieve your files but that'll probably cost you $$$.

Next time back up your files before doing something major like reinstalling Windows.

I did it! I can open my documents again! It didn't take a computer forensics specialist. Thank you any way!
