New Update for WB's Not Working

I've DL'd the new update for WB's. It's acting very strange. Won't let me change colors on the skins, if it does change colors, they are only half there or the program actually freezes on me and I have to exit out of the display properties window by clicking on the *X* only. It then brings up a failure to connect to DLL.exe and shuts down, but not before giving me the Do i want to tell MS about the problem...It was working fine until yesterdays update...I have reverted back to my 3.51, I am having no problem with it...??

Here is the pictures of the situation..I just reloaded the new upgrade....It immediately froze on me again if I tried to change the colrs or even just click on the color button... ??

My only suggestion is to uninstall older version of WB completely then install the newer version. I tried the skin from you pict and changed the color okay on my computer
