I saw some youtube videos with some really cool looking docklets, where could I download docklets from?

I know a good place for animated icons......if that's what you mean. A user named spippy makes a ton of them over on rocketdock's website.

I'm assuming you want 3d effect Dock Icons.  Wincustomize has many.
