1.19 Tactical Battle Glitch

During my latest tactical combat the button for accessing my spellbook lost got it's function confussed with Crushing Blow. I could open my spellbook the first turn before selecting any other units but after I had clicked on a unit with devastating strike all my casters had their open spellbook turned into crushing blow aswell

Also the juvenile dragon model makes it hard to select the tiles around it

My Young dragon, was hoping to show that if you selcet the tiles surrounding it that it still selects the dragon but it's not really showing on this picture

There seems to be a problem with Crushing blow. After selecting a unit with crushing blow all other units get the crushng blow ability tied to buttons that are on the 2nd action button

For example

Here is my spell caster at the start of the battle still able to use her spellbook

Seleceting a dragon

Spellbook still working

Selecting a champion with Crushing blow. Notice it's on the second action button

And now my spellcaster can't cast spells anymore but instead knows crushing blow keyed to the second action button ( cast spell)

 

Selected a unit of Drath Warriors

Pressed Pass Turn (second actionbutton)

And look my Drath Warriors preforme a Crushing Blow

(also note a how the dragon's breath effect doesn't clear)

Did the same with another unit and on pressing the pass turn it also did a crushing blow ( unfortunatly I seem to messed up the follow upscreenshot to prove it)

 

 

 

 

Bit of off topic but I do want to ay that I do feel that on ridiculous the ballance between units seems to be a bit off. Especially with the bonusses the AI gets to attack , hp and armour no matter what armour I wear my units are getting one shot

Thanks again for the report, the spellbook becoming non-accessible bug will be fixed for the next update.  I'm trying to look into why the dragon's breath continues after the attack is finished, do you happen to remember how long you have noticed the dragon's breath doing this?  As far as you know, is it something new to recent betas, or has it been like this for a long time?

Well, not really a long time. But in this thread from February it was described too. Perhaps that helps.

Raa00, it'e been around for awhile. I don't remember them NOT doing it. Admittedly with all the patching it's been a long time since I've had a dragon but it was doing it back then too.
