Dragon Breeds

I am just wondering what all the dragon breeds are and how you get them.  I have only seen two so far in the game.  Young Dragons and whatever that black dragon was at the end of the campaign.  I am guessing there is more.  Do you just have to continue further after dance with the dragons to unlock some or are certain dragons only available to certain factions or races or what?

Just curious.

I am guessing if there is a Young Dragon there also has to be an adult dragon and does your young dragon every mature into an adult?

I love the dragons in the game, so I am just trying to get some information.  I can't seem to find the answer searching online or through this website so I am hoping someone can help me here.  Thank you in advance.

There is a quest to get a big Adult dragon.  The only ones you can "build" are the young ones.

so really only two dragon breeds?  That is kinda disappointing.  Or is that just all we know right now?

Hopefully Fallen Enchantress adds more to that aspect then.

That's all I can remember, maybe in future patches or FE there will be more.  I don't think there are "wild" dragons.  But it's been awhile since I have played a game, waiting for 1.3.

closest thing you'll get to wild dragons is Slags and Drakes, dragons are a rare breed in Elemental now ;)

I could swear I saw a new dragon in beta "L".  Killed it though, and didn't keep the hide as proof  :)

Speaking of dragons - check out this 12 dragon horde. Made this in one round after I completed the red dragon quest and then super elite dragon training combined with call to arms spell (forgot to elite 2 of em dagnabbit, oh well).   The red dragon is a dragon version of octomom. That's alot of fire.

Octomom... rofl one issue, Dragons are suppose to lay clutches of eggs, so a dozen or so eggs is normal for a mythical reptile like creature that can breath fire and have control over magic :P

those young dragons are soft, I have a pair of young dragons with health over 1100 EACH (admittedly level 14 and they have half the hitpoints of their health, due to fast leveling up(killing 5-6 monsters & ruffians armies(each army iranges between 1 darkling and 1 elemental lord and 11 elementals/huge spiders) PER turn), and these young dragons are only about 30 turns old.
