[1.19l] Doesn't work with win7 64bit main menu button textures missing

Nothing changed since 1.19a game is unplayable since only text is visible any dialog/button decorations are absent.

Please post your debug.err file so we can see if there is anything in it to indicate what the problem may be.

I'm running win7 64-bit and I don't have this issue (so it must be something else)
