[1.19l] Arcane Weapon Casting Bug

On the prior turn I had cast arcane weapon with Frogboy on champion Cuessusaa. For some reason it hit her twice: 1. from Frogboy and 2. from Impinc.

Double-buff:

Screenshot of Impinc which clearly shows he does not have the ability to cast. Imbue Champion is not active.
