Downloading Starcraft 2 mods from in game?

I get the impression that when you download mods and things (like the Left 2 die mod I heard about a while ago) you do it from within starcraft 2 somehow. Could someone explain to me how? Thanks.

Just go to create a custom game, they are all in there. There's a search box if you know the name, otherwise there's a filter (Blizzard-only, Popular, etc).
