Looping music playing

Okay I'm getting either the battle music or the title screen music looping now, I'm on turn 101 and am using the current beta version, even before this though I was getting this looping music track thing with those two tracks. I am using mods so I am unsure if it has anything to do with relation to them.

Using the updated Weapons, expanded factions, adventuring add on, expanded mounts and Murteas' Grimoire mods.

Is this a known issue that has yet to be fixed because... it's becoming a slow boring drone listening to the same music track over... and over... and over... AND OVER again. I'm forced to turn game music off and put on some of my own.

I had the same problem. I think it was from an old datazip.exe file, dated 12/2001 (I was getting errors in my debug file so I checked it). I reinstalled the game and have awesome new music now. The datazip.exe file is in the stardockgame/elemental directory. It seems the date of the file is the date of your last installation and it doesn't get updated with patches. It may not have anything to do with the datazip file but the reinstall did do the trick.
