Reproduceable Graphical Glitch (Unit Training) - 1.19H

Load the saved game, click on "Train Units", then click on "Design". There are four unit templates, delete any 2 then upgrade one of the remaining ones. You don't have to make any modifications to it, just save it with any name. When you click "Done" the buttons for "Quality" and "Quantity" will be blank.

I never see anything on the buttons, always blank. This debug.err is from oom that occurred shortly after a load from within the game. I hope it will give you some insight on the button issue. http://dl.dropbox.com/u/16872572/debug.err
