I was wondering today if there is a possibility to make your own playlist in-game?
No. You can override the existing music by throwing tracks with the same filename in My Documents\My Games\GC2TwilightArnor\Music (GC2DarkAvatar if you're playing Dark Avatar) but that's about it.
