I bought Emergency 2012 and downloaded it, but every time it tries to extract files, it will go for a while and then freeze my computer. Any suggestions?
Gather your computer information, what Operating System you are running and what zip utiliy you are using. Are your drivers up to date? The more information you can provide will make it easier for those at support to help you. If necessary you can also send it to [email protected]. Wait for a person to reply, usually within a day or so, but do not send another as that will send your request back to the end of the line to start all over again. In the meantime you can also post questions in this forum.
