1.19d - end of turn game crash x2

Two folders, each one contains a save, debug file, and the zip file from the All Users\Application Data folder. In both cases the game will crash upon hitting the end of turn button.

Also, I've gotten a few BSODs with the error "PAGE_FILES_IN_NON_PAGING_AREA", or something to that effect. Everytime it mentions an aticpag.dll file, if not that exact file name something close to it.

Having the same problem here, CTD after every turn even after creating new save files (which I had hoped would eliminate corruption in the previous files). I can provide logs if they would be helpful, though I'm not certain how the debug files are generated or where they are stored.
