My question:
Can I use the Alienware Theme Manager with Object Desktop Premium Themes?
I wouldn't try installing that theme. It won't install correctly.
It would,yet,you have to modify/move some essential files to appropriate location. 
That's an old version of theme manager. If you are an Object Desktop subscriber you can just download the latest.
I checked some and I liked what I saw... some are very interesting.
