[1.19c] OOM and map errors

Here are 4 crash reports for OOM crashes. Also, I've noticed the potion hut and abandoned caravan graphics don't show on the canvas map when first discovered but do show up after loading a save and that the graphic for refuge camps disappear after they are built.
