solution to log in error found by stardock

hello stardock has gotten back to me and have solved the problem of not bein able to play multiplayer in elemental now ill pass it on to u all that have this problem.the problem is the game did not register properly to your account and thats why u get this error when tryin to log in heres the fix.close down impulse and go to stardocks website then click support (make sure u use internet explorer)once at the support site download this http://sd.stardock.com/curthendzell/fix_registrations.reg once saved click and run this after u run this fix restart impulse and log back in now u will be able to log in in game and play multiplayer hope this helps others hats off to stardock for the quick and correct reply to this problem...l8er
