Unable to offload units from a transport

Any suggestions?

this may be a bug, but I wanted to see if I am the only one with the problem before open a thread in support.

I haven't used a transport in five months. But from what I remember, it's just like selecting and moving specific units out of any other stack or city. You will need to move them onto a beach square (you cannot disembark next to a cliff). If that doesn't help, maybe some more details about the problem you are having would be helpful.
