Elemental Bugs (missing factions and bad particles)

I recently started a game, and when I finally found my first faction, it does not show up in the diplomacy menu (though the menu does open).

I have not tried meeting a 2nd faction yet, maybe the issue will go away once this occurs.

 

Also, when using baby dragons' fire breath, the particle fire does not disappear after use, causing some very confusing battle scenes!

What was the first faction?  Was it the Ilyan Orekeepers?

OK, going to add a list of other glitches occurring in a single game. If anybody has a quick fix (including editing files) let me know!

 

- Random npcs appear that cost 4,000,000,000 to recruit

- I can not disband units

- Units move without me commanding them

- My total gilders went from 100,000+ to -20,000,000,000

- The picture for a unit is sometimes changed without me doing anything (one example is my sovereign's pic changed to a bald dude.)

- Some spells can not be cast (such as summoning)

  We need more specifics to check this out.  Could you provide some saves and screenshots of what you are seeing?

No I am not - I am using a map I edited slightly, but that should not cause these problems.

Weird cash glitch

Look both at the unit cost and the cash available.

If the issues mentioned above do not appear in this save, let me know, a clean install would fix it then.

 

Also, is there some sort of save editor, that way I could mod some of the issues (like bring my total money back to normal). That way I do not need to start over.
